Marlie & David

Eu acredito em destino e vocês? E eu acho que a Marlie me achou por causa do destino. Ela é de São Bento mas mora nos Estados Unidos há algum tempo e vai casar aqui na “minha” cidade. Foi aí que me indicaram para ela, não é incrível? Mesmo ela estando longe ela ficou sabendo do meu trabalho e isso é gratificante demais. Quando começamos a conversar pelo WhatsApp foi muito legal!

Mas a Marlie havia fechado comigo apenas o casamento, afinal, como fazer um ensaio pré com ela morando lá nos Estados Unidos, não é? Depois que a minha viagem para New York se concretizou, contei para ela e sugeri para nos conhecermos e aí comentei também do ensaio pré-casamento. Ela achou bem legal, conversou com David e eles concordaram ir me encontrar por lá.

Foi incrível encontrar eles lá, conversar em uma língua diferente da que eu sempre converso com 99% dos meus clientes. Estava ansiosa para fazer ambos ficarem confortáveis em frente a câmera com uma direção em inglês, algo totalmente novo para mim. Eu falo a língua, mas dirigir um ensaio em inglês foi diferente, mas foi muito divertido.

David e Marlie são muito queridos e amei poder fotografá-los em um lugar que era o meu sonho se transformando em realidade, não tenho nem como agradecer pela oportunidade.

E agora vou fotografar eles aqui, dizendo o sim para o amor! Marlie e David, quero que saibam que desejo todo o amor do mundo para vocês! <3

I believe in destiny, do you? And I think Marlie found me because of the destiny. She is from São Bento but she lives in The United States for a while and she’s going to get married in “my” city. That’s when somebody told her about me, isn’t it amazing? Even she living far away she got to know about my work and this is so gratifying. When we started talking in WhatsApp it was so nice!

But Marlie had contracted me just for the wedding day, after all how could I do a pre wedding session if she was living in the US, right? When my trip to New York was a real thing, I told her and I suggested we meet each other and then I talked about the pre wedding session. She thought it was very nice so she talked to David and they agreed to meet me in New York.

It was amazing meeting them there, speak in a language different from the one I always speak with 99% of my clients. I was anxious to make both comfortable in front of the camera with a direction in English, it was totally new for me. I speak the language but direct a session in English was different, but very nice.

David and Marlie are so kind and I loved photographing them in a place that was my dream coming true, I don’t know how to thank for this opportunity.

And now I’m going to photograph them here, saying yes to love! Marlie and David, I want you guys to know I wish you all the love in the world! <3
